• 15+ years of experience in data architecture or technical architecture roles, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud within the financial services or banking domain.
• Proven success in architecting data solutions for enterprise-level environments, especially within highly regulated industries.
Technical Expertise:
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, real-time data processing, segmentation, and integration capabilities.
• Extensive experience with API development, RESTful services, and integration platforms like MuleSoft, especially within Salesforce and core banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy, and compliance standards, including PII protection and PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data management tools (ETL, SQL, and data lakes) to support enterprise data strategies.
