Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: Greensboro, NC

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | W-2

Pay: $40,000–$65,000 per year, including guaranteed base pay and performance-based compensation

Position Overview:

Lumivara Group Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Greensboro team. This full-time, in-person position focuses on customer engagement and sales at partnered retail locations.

Representatives work directly with customers on behalf of a client in the water distribution industry, providing information about available products and services and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at partnered retail locations
  • Explain client products and services
  • Answer questions and identify customer needs
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain knowledge of current client offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Compensation and Training:
