This opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with AAA-The auto club group but rather employment with the Ferguson Insurance Agency who is an independent contractor that has been serving the surrounding communities since 2014.ย ย 

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peopleย lives. As an Authorized Agent, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest authorized agent will pursue and respond to the requestย and needs of new prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an authorized agent, you will be trained to serveย as a consultant for families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain AAA members.

ย  ย  ย  ย  Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptionalย customer service .
  • Seek out and generate new business based with leads provided
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives establishedย 
  • Outbound calls to potential leads that are providedย 
  • Actively solicit new business inside the officeย  and business.
  • Cross sell and provide assistance to all customers when neededย 
  • Be well organized and experience utilizingย different programs CRSย  ย

  • ย Hold an activeย  Property and Casualty license or willing to obtain one.
