Since our founding in 2002 in Berlin, we've been crafting powerful software that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office, helping users easily transform complex data into stunning charts and diagrams.
Driven by innovation and technical excellence, our diverse and dynamic team thrives on creativity and collaboration. We foster an inclusive culture where ideas flourish, and every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact. This is an opportunity for commercially driven early-career sales professionals who want to accelerate their development in enterprise SaaS sales, working closely with Account Management and Marketing as part of our North America sales organization in Denver, in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect into named enterprise accounts to open think-cell Essentials conversations: research organizational structures and build target lists of the teams and departments most likely to adopt
  • Run multi-channel outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage stakeholders in teams not yet using think-cell
  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective users and stakeholders to understand workflows and qualify Essentials opportunities
  • Partner with the Account Manager who owns each account, aligning outbound with the broader account plan and handing off qualified opportunities for them to commercialize
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, and inbound Essentials interest to convert engagement into qualified pipeline
  • Manage your activity and pipeline against clear weekly and monthly targets
  • Keep all contacts, activity, and opportunities accurate and current in Salesforce
  • Share field insights on messaging, objections, and use cases with sales leadership and Marketing

Your profile:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or another customer-facing role; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication: you can turn account research into outreach that earns a reply.
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
  • An instinct for how large organizations work: you enjoy mapping org structures to find the right stakeholders.
  • Highly coachable, curious, and proactive, capable of operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving sales environment.
  • Winning attitude with proven achievement against activity or revenue targets.
  • Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell's products and value is a must, experience with think-cell is a plus.
  • Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
  • We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed
