We are singularly focused on the $1.0 Trillion of cash value in whole life policies today and fixing the legacy problems that have existed in the market for decades relative to how policyholders access their cash value savings. Our platform offers a simple and efficient way to utilize cash value while maintaining the significant tax advantage inherent in whole life policies. We're a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire.

Sales Development Rep

Weโ€™re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us open the door to new sales relationships. Inclined partners with whole life insurance advisors whose customers are policyholders with cash value savings. Youโ€™ll be the first touchpoint with prospects introducing our platform, understanding their needs, getting them excited about how Inclined can benefit their business and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Hit the qualified meeting quota/goal

  • Identify key decision-makers

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives

  • Build targeted account lists and execute strategic outbound campaigns

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot)

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns specific to the advisor audience

  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and activity targets

Qualifications

  • As a founding SDR you must have experience selling SaaS products

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Rep (or similar) position

  • Demonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience

  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently

  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn financial concepts

  • Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously

  • Team player, accountable, sales-minded

  • Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented

  • Ability to work in our Denver office

  • Must be comfortable on the phone and making 100+ dials per week

  • Familiarity with SaaS tech stack; Hubspot, Dialpad, Apollo, HeyReach, Linkedin Sales Nav, Claude, Macbook, etc

  • Strong desire to win, scrappy and resourceful, finds ways to get to the goal no matter what
