WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORย 

Weโ€™reย looking for a Level 1 Assembly Associate to join our production team. This entry-level role focuses on learning and performing basic assembly tasks in aย safety-first, quality-driven environment. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to developing their skills while contributing to the success of the Technical Assembly Department.

JOB PURPOSEย 

The Level 1 Assembly Associate performs foundational assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly and efficiently put together. This role helpsย maintainย production flow by handling materials, preparing surfaces, and assembling parts under supervision, while gaining experience in safe work practices and quality standards.ย 

RESPONSIBILITYย 

  • Know and follow allย basic safety rulesย at all times.ย 

  • Learn simple assembly processes and follow standardized instructions.ย 

  • Perform assembly tasks withย minimal supervision.ย 

  • Meet quality standards at a basic level while continuing to develop in the role.ย 

  • Properly handle and useย basic toolsย requiredย for assembly.ย 

  • Identifyย and reportย simple defectsย during the assembly process.ย 

  • Clean work areas using basic tools to remove residue.ย 

  • Mark positions with pencil where parts are to be placed.ย 

  • Handย assembleย parts using neoprene adhesive with the aid of a roller and stitcher.ย 

  • Operate necessary tools, such as a heat gun, under supervision.ย 

  • Maintain workstation free of foreign object debris (FOD) and follow order and cleanliness practices.ย 

REQUIREMENTSย 

  • Basic understanding of safety rules and a commitment to following them.ย 

  • Ability to learn and apply simple assembly processes.ย 

  • Capacity to use hands and fingersย frequentlyย for handling tools and materials.ย 

  • Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions effectively.ย 

  • Attention to detail and willingness toย identifyย and report defects.ย

Appropriate safety measures and personal protective equipment (PPE) will beย requiredย when working with these substances.ย
