Job Description

ABBA Roller is seeking a Wheel Polisher โ€“ Level 1 to support manufacturing operations by polishing and finishing rubber and urethane wheels to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

This is an entry-level manufacturing position, ideal for candidates with general machine experience, mechanical aptitude, or hands-on shop experience. Full training will be provided, with clear advancement opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate manual polishing and grinding lathes to finish rubber and urethane wheels
  • Perform polishing operations to achieve required surface finish and appearance
  • Load and unload wheels using proper tools and lifting methods
  • Follow work instructions, travelers, and standard operating procedures
  • Perform visual inspections and basic dimensional checks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Communicate production or quality issues to supervision
  • Support daily production goals and schedules
  • Assist with basic equipment care and cleanliness
  • Follow all safety and quality requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level to 1+ year manufacturing, machine, or shop experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
