• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, including the formulation of clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on each client's unique needs and therapy goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and support for clients, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their needs and rights.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and education to remain current in best practices and interventions in mental health therapy.

Our client population encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with diverse groups, fostering resilience and promoting holistic recovery in various settings, from individual therapy to family sessions.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Washington, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation for clinical practice.
• Exemplary clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on developing effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health counseling role, providing a solid background in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Previous work in a community health setting is advantageous but not a requirement for entry-level applications.

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
