Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments by performing comprehensive evaluations during preliminary interviews, documenting each case meticulously from the first consultation through to the conclusion of treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies for addressing the unique mental, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions to foster healing and resilience.
  • Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health specialists, healthcare providers, and case managers to ensure integrated care delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with psychiatric staff concerning clients who may require hospitalization or follow-up care.
  • Identify and mitigate any behaviors that could hinder recovery, equipping clients with strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We value a culturally competent approach to client care, ensuring our therapies are inclusive and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each person.

Qualifications
  • A valid Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
  • Demonstrated success on the NCE and/or NCMHCE examinations.
  • Experience in providing counseling services in a professional setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically experience with AVATAR or similar platforms.
  • Experience in addressing co-occurring disorders and managing treatment plans that consider both mental health and addiction issues.
  • Familiarity with the best practices set forth by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of psychotropic medications and their effects as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathetic interpersonal abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
