• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns, create detailed clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, offering stabilization and support during challenging moments.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and individual needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices, trends, and research within the field of mental health therapy through online training, workshops, and conferences.

You will be serving a diverse population with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential to ensure competency in therapeutic practices.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
