As an Entry Level Virtual Sales Representative, you’ll connect to clients with their desired products. You will build relationships by offering solutions and supporting communication throughout every stage of the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, decision, retention and advocacy. This work can directly impact a company's revenue and the business’s reputation.

Common duties include:

  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge about products
  • Contacting existing clients to discuss ongoing needs
  • Demonstrating how products offer solutions while making recommendations
  • Guiding customers through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Keeping records of clients’ inquiries and sales
  • Contributing to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Effective communication with clients, as well as strong follow-up skills
