Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)
Remote – Austin, TX Area
$45,000 Base Salary | Targeted First-Year Earnings of $90,000

Launch the next stage of your software-sales career with an established, privately owned technology company offering strong earning potential and rapid advancement.

We are hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must live in the Austin area and be available for occasional in-person training and team sessions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
  • Complete 150+ outbound sales activities per day, with a strong emphasis on phone outreach
  • Identify approximately 20 new target prospects daily
  • Add qualified contacts to structured outreach sequences
  • Engage business decision-makers and uncover their challenges and needs
  • Generate a goal of five qualified meetings per week for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to build pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • One to two years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, lead-generation, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
  • Proven comfort with high-volume cold calling
  • Strong phone presence, listening skills, and written communication
  • Confidence engaging business decision-makers
  • Competitive, persistent, coachable, and motivated by measurable goals
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Amplemarket, Instantly, or similar prospecting tools is a plus

Compensation and Career Growth

  • $45,000 annual base salary
  • Targeted first-year earnings of approximately $90,000
  • $75 incentive for each qualified appointment generated
