Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking a CONTRACT Records Analyst for an assignment with one of our clients, a leading provider of healthcare.

 

Start: August

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Location: remote

Duration: long-term

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and confidentiality? Our client, a leading provider of healthcare, is seeking a highly capable Records Analyst to join its team in a full-time, remote, long-term contract role supporting healthcare litigation claims.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

·       Assist in collecting and managing vital documents for legal proceedings

·       Ensure the integrity and organization of electronic medical records, digital documentation, and insurance records

 

Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience working within various databases and digital platforms, including Careport, Availty, and Adobe
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive PII and HIPAA-protected information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technology
  • Previous experience in healthcare litigation support preferred
  • Experience managing electronic medical records and digital documentation preferred.
