About the Opportunity

Looking to build real, tangible experience in marketing while growing your network?

The TAG CX Society is looking for a creative, self-driven intern to support our Marketing & Community Engagement Committee. This isn’t just content posting, you’ll help shape how TAG CX shows up across digital channels, events, and the broader Atlanta tech community.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, event marketing, and digital engagement, all while working alongside experienced professionals.

Featured Project: AI + Modern Marketing

As part of this internship, you’ll help explore how AI is transforming marketing and community engagement, including:

  • Using AI tools to generate and optimize content ideas, messaging, and campaign strategies
  • Analyzing engagement data to identify trends and improve performance
  • Supporting experimentation with AI-powered content, personalization, and audience targeting
  • Helping evaluate how AI can scale community engagement while maintaining authenticity

This is a chance to gain real-world experience applying AI to marketing strategy, not just learning about it.

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging content including social posts, blog articles, and event promotions
  • Support and grow TAG CX’s social media presence and engagement strategy
  • Assist with event marketing and on-site support for select events
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform content and campaign decisions
  • Collaborate with committee members to brainstorm campaigns and engagement ideas
  • Contribute to building a consistent and compelling brand voice

✅ What You Bring

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, branding, or digital strategy
  • Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience with tools like Canva is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, including AI platforms
  • Ability to manage time and work independently

Who You Are

  • Creative, resourceful, and full of ideas
  • Organized and self-motivated in a remote environment
  • Interested in how brands build community and engagement
  • Comfortable collaborating and sharing ideas
  • Excited to connect with professionals in the tech and CX space

What You’ll Gain

  • Portfolio-ready work you can showcase
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, events, and brand strategy
  • Exposure to how AI is shaping modern marketing
  • Access to networking opportunities with Atlanta’s tech community
  • Mentorship and collaboration with experienced professionals

This Internship Is Perfect If You…

✔️ Thrive in creative and collaborative environments
✔️ Enjoy turning ideas into content and campaigns
✔️ Want real experience, not just observation
✔️ Are exploring a career in marketing, digital, or brand strategy

If you’re driven, creative, and excited to build something meaningful, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help shape how TAG CX connects with and grows its community.
