We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Relationship Marketing Strategist to help grow our referral presence within the real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property services community. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong professional relationships that support steady inspection volume and brand awareness.

This is a field-based, people-first role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, face-to-face interactions, and representing a trusted local brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship & Referral Support
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with:

    • Real estate agents and brokerages

    • Mortgage lenders

    • Insurance agents

    • Property managers and builders

  • Support referral relationships that contribute to consistent home inspection leads

  • Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for referral partners

  • Conduct regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to stay top-of-mind

Marketing Presence & Brand Representation
  • Represent the company at:

    • Real estate offices

    • Open houses

    • Networking and community events

    • Industry and association meetings

  • Communicate the company’s services, value, and differentiators in a professional, consultative manner

  • Distribute marketing materials and assist with branded promotions and outreach efforts

Market Outreach & Growth Support
  • Identify new relationship opportunities within the local real estate and housing market
