Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager
Jersey City, NJ and Hudson County, NY | Remote + Field-Based
 On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

What You Bring
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role 
  • Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
  • Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the Role
As a Provider Relationship Manager, you'll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.
You'll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
