Base Pay: $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our team. This is an entry-level position with hands-on responsibilities in material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver products using company vehicle.
  • Operate forklift and wave lift safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, check, and organize incoming material.
  • Load and unload trucks using heavy equipment.
  • Prepare material for manufacturing by following work instructions.
  • Package and prepare shipments via UPS, FedEx, or local delivery with company truck.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass a physical exam and drug screen.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in an active role that may involve standing for extended periods and moderate lifting.
