Responsibilities:

  • Properly handle and manage raw proteins.
  • Prepare and cook proteins/starches to recipe.
  • Execute cold food preparation and production.
  • Monitor and manage both hot and cold food hold times.
  • Assemble and package both hot & cold ready-to-eat menu items.
  • Rotate working inventories according to FIFO.
  • Adhere to established CFA Food Safety 5 Guidelines.
  • Adhere to established CFA Production Standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in cold freezer and cooler environments.
  • Ability to properly use and work from a ladder.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height.
