  • Track activity and progress toward personal and team goals

Who we're looking for:

  • Newly licensed agents or those actively working toward a license

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

  • Cultivate authentic client relationships that foster a referral-driven business.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.
  • Set appointments for buyers and sellers as your pipeline and skills grow.
  • Maintain accurate and current CRM records to track your progress and activities effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, building trust quickly with potential clients.
  • Proven track record of following up diligently to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Willingness to participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills.
  • Ability to set appointments for buyers and sellers, demonstrating growth in your pipeline and skills.
