About the Role

The CT Valley Team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Agent to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a sales-focused position responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with property owners, negotiating purchase agreements, and acquiring properties.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to confidently navigate conversations with homeowners. You'll spend time both generating opportunities through outbound outreach and meeting with motivated sellers to evaluate properties and close deals.

What You'll Do
  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their situation and evaluate potential acquisitions
  • Build trust and rapport with sellers throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and overcome objections
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct in-person appointments and property visits as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed acquisition and revenue goals
