No experience necessary - We teach you how to be an agent through our Industry Leading Pro-Coaching Program! You will be required to complete 75 hrs of on-demand real estate education and state exams to apply for your real estate license and join Keller Williams and our new agent training program. We provide a scholarship for real estate education, a $429 value, which is the first step.
Once you have a real estate license and join KW Realty, you'll experience one-on-one mentoring and coaching, business development support, shadowing opportunities, in-person classroom learning, virtual learning and a huge collection of archived content, in the field training days and much more!

Experience
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
PA Real Estate License/Certification (Preferred, however, we offer a scholarship for you to take the required on-demand courses to test for your license)
Location
Central PA including, but not limited to York and Adams County. In order to participate in the new agent training program, applicants will need to successfully pass the test and all requirements to become a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and attend our award winning training classes as a Real Estate Agent in Training.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
