With a focus on respiratory and sleep health sectors, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services across acute care, non-acute care, and home medical equipment. By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Looking for talented candidates seeking an entry level position into a Medical Device Sales Career. The Associate Account Manager is responsible for growing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service through customer visits, product demonstrations, educational/ training programs, in-services and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have basic sales experience in but not limited to copier, insurance or car rental type businesses with an energetic personality, strong relationship building skills with customers and ability to travel.

Physical Demands
  • Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.

Working Conditions

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
  • Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution.
  • Document activities within assigned management system.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.
  • Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
  • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
  • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Provides customer focused interactions.
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
