Job description

About the Position 

Clinical Architecture is seeking an entry level Product Analyst to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the Directors of Product Management in defining requirements and developing user stories. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development process and gain hands-on experience in product development, Agile workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Directors of Product Management to evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements.  
  • Assist in translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in product validation, testing support, or user acceptance activities.
  • Participate in Agile processes such as backlog refinement, sprint review, release planning, and daily standups. 
  • Assess the impact of changes on upcoming projects and releases. 
  • Contribute to establishing the product roadmap and communication with key stakeholders.  
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress, identifying risks during the process. 
  • Provide support to ensure product documentation is considered at each stage of development.  

 Qualifications 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle. 
  • Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.  
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

 Preferred Qualifications 

  • Exposure to tools such as Jira Atlassian, Confluence, or other Agile software.  
  • 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst role or similar role. 
  • Healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare terminology. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology. 
  • Interest in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare terms.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodology.
