Job description

About the Role
This is a senior product role at a Series A B2B SaaS company building a logistics orchestration and quality compliance platform for temperature-sensitive cold chain shipments. You will own the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents that help pharma and logistics teams automate compliance decisions and act on real-time recommendations. The stakes are real: the product directly determines whether vaccines and biologics arrive usable.
What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for core platform modules and AI agents, including live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, and logistics service provider management agents.
  • Define the contract for agentic features: surfacing context and reasoning, executing only on user-delegated actions, and maintaining a full audit log.
  • Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, quality assurance, and supply chain operations, translating regulated workflows into clean, simple product experiences.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to ship AI features grounded in platform data and knowledge layers.
  • Set concrete success metrics, such as decisions automated, hours returned, and releases accelerated, and track them rigorously.
What We're Looking For
  • 5 or more years in product management or technical product engineering, including at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features against a roadmap, with a track record of shipped products.
  • Solid working knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, and retrieval-augmented generation, sufficient to partner credibly with ML engineers.
  • Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps, writing product requirements, and leading cross-functional collaboration across design, analytics, and QA.
  • Comfort defining and tracking KPIs for product features, with familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience working in or with remote, US-based distributed teams.
  • Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated environments is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Five weeks PTO and full health benefits included. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States.
