The role:

As aProduction Process ControlEngineeryou will help drive our goals by:

  • Setting up,monitoringand troubleshooting PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during assigned shifts.

  • Optimizing process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimizerejectsand limit downtime.

  • Ensuring products consistently meet customer and quality specifications through effective process control.

  • Supporting the introduction ofnew technologiesby developing procedures and training colleagues.

  • Collecting and reporting operational, safety and process data including shift summaries and incident reports.

  • Championing health,safetyand environmental compliance in line with JM Life Saving Policies.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree inan engineeringdiscipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.

  • Strong understanding of process optimization,troubleshootingand continuous improvement.
