About the Role:

The Software Control Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and reliability of our consumer support services through innovative software solutions. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing control systems that optimize our service delivery processes. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet both technical specifications and user needs. A key outcome of this role is to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that our software systems are efficient, effective, and user-friendly. Ultimately, the Software Control Engineer will contribute to the overall success of our organization by driving technological advancements in our service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in control systems.
  • Programming skills in languages such as PLC , KUKA robot ใ€C++.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consumer support services or related industries.
