Are you looking to launch your sales career with a team that invests in your growth? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth by managing customer accounts, generating new sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.


You will work closely with experienced outside sales representatives and internal teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle while building the foundational skills needed to advance your career in sales.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new and repeat sales by delivering timely product information, technical guidance, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the order lifecycle โ€” including accurate order entry, price and delivery quotations, stock checks, order modifications, expedites, and return authorizations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to product identification, recommendations, and application to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on cost and delivery requests, purchase order placement, order changes, return authorizations, and sourcing new supply partners.
  • Serve as the primary inside sales contact for a designated portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with outside sales representatives and internal departments to deliver outstanding service, including inventory analysis and on-time delivery support.
  • Manage customer expectations through clear, professional communication, accurate information, and consistent follow-up.
  • Navigate supplier and customer portals, as well as the company ERP system (NetSuite), to support day-to-day customer and operational needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous team improvement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital communication channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or administrative role
