Job description

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager who lives and breathes creative marketing at a fast pace— someone passionate about creative strategy, professional social media, and turning ideas into measurable results. You’ll drive our teams marketing efforts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment: building our brand presence, creating content that stops the scroll, executing campaigns that perform, and using data (and AI) to keep improving.

This is a full-time, mid-level role for an experienced marketing professional — it is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has already built their career doing full-time marketing work as part of a collaborative team in fast-paced company environments.

READ: Candidates whose marketing experience was primarily a secondary responsibility, part-time, add-on task, freelance, side projects, or occasional duty while performing another job will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our professional social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — create scroll-stopping content, manage the content calendar and scheduling, engage with our audience, and track performance with analytics.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns end-to-end (content marketing, email sequences, basic paid social/ads, lead-nurture programs, and promotions) that generate measurable results.
  • Lead creative strategy and content creation — strong copywriting, visual concepts (Canva-level or better), brand storytelling, and turning insights into actionable creative that stays on brand and converts.
  • Use analytics, market research, and AI tools to spot trends, measure results, recommend improvements, and boost productivity and ROI across marketing efforts.
  • Support the full marketing mix: campaign reporting, website content updates, promotional materials, documentation, trade show management, event support, and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Build, refine, and help optimize lead generation and nurture systems so the team can focus on growth instead of manual work.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales and management teams while taking clear ownership of marketing initiatives and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Public Relations role as the Marketing Manager working with our offices to increase 'branding' and a 'teams' culture for Elite Crete Systems.

What We’re Hoping to Find

  • 3–6+ years of full-time professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution, working as a core member of a marketing team (or agency) inside a fast-paced company environment.
  • Marketing must have been your primary full-time responsibility — not a secondary or add-on duty to another role, part-time work, purely freelance side projects, or occasional social media management while performing a different job.
  • Proven ability to collaborate daily with teammates on campaigns, content creation, strategy, and delivering results under real business deadlines and priorities.
  • A creative mindset paired with strong copywriting, content creation, and audience-engagement skills. You know how to stay on brand, on point, and results-focused.
  • A proven track record you can show (social growth, campaign performance, engagement, leads, or other measurable wins). A portfolio of real work from your full-time professional roles is required.
  • Comfortable with modern marketing tools (social platforms, email platforms, analytics such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights, basic graphic design, CRM/automation platforms). Experience with HubSpot or similar systems is a plus but not required.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You thrive taking ownership while collaborating effectively in a team environment, take direction well when needed, and bring your own ideas to the table every day.
  • Local to Valparaiso / Northwest Indiana or willing to commute (hybrid flexibility possible after onboarding).
  • No 4-year degree required — proven full-time hands-on results and a strong portfolio matter far more.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $69,000 to $XXX,XXX annually. . Final offer will be determined by your overall experience, social media and campaign track record, creative ability, and proven results.
  • Full benefits package: Health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
  • Opportunity to own marketing outcomes, make a visible impact on the company’s growth, and advance with a dynamic marketing team.
  • Modern tools, AI-powered workflows, and a supportive environment that values creativity, ownership, and results.

If you’re an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about the work, thrives in a fast-paced team setting, and wants to own real results on a marketing team, we want to hear from you.

Please apply with your resume AND examples of your work (social media content, campaign results, creative samples, or marketing projects from your full-time professional roles) only if your background matches the full-time, team-based experience outlined above.

We review applications carefully and look forward to meeting the right person who can hit the ground running but we are looking for now...
