Job description

The Territory Sales Manager at PMA USA plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within their assigned region by managing territory operations, planning sales strategies, and acquiring clients. This position involves collaborating with small sales teams while maintaining an independent sales approach, regularly visiting client sites, and effectively balancing efforts between new and existing customers. With a strong connection to Washington National insurance company spanning over 25 years, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established partnership using company-standard CRM tools. PMA offers a 4 day work week and 3 day weekends. Providing opportunity for outstanding income potentntial, PMA also believes in work life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned sales territory to maximize revenue
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Lead and collaborate with small, dedicated sales teams
  • Apply entrepreneurial skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Follow the sales process while utilizing company-standard CRM tools
  • Conduct regular client site visits, often working in teams of two
