Medivant Healthcare is a U.S.-based pharmaceutical manufacturer dedicated to producing sterile injectable medications for hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. Operating from FDA-registered facilities in Chandler and Deer Valley, Arizona, Medivant is committed to quality, efficiency, and compliance in all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day operations in receiving, storing, and distributing materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and ensuring all warehouse operations meet cGMP and FDA compliance standards.
This is an entry-level position โ€” full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Accurately label, document, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and issue components for production batches following established procedures.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment according to cGMP standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and documentation procedures.
  • Support other departments with material transfers and general logistics needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Preferred (not required):

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanning.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).
Work Environment
  • Onsite role at Medivant Healthcareโ€™s Chandler and Deer Valley facilities. Warehouse and production support environment with moderate physical activity. Standard schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, full-time, with occasional overtime as needed.
