Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking an Entry-Level Chemist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent chemistry graduates to begin their career in a GMP-regulated environment. If you are eager to apply your laboratory skills and learn from experienced chemists, we encourage you to apply!
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30pm
Location: Willowbrook, IL
Terms: contract-to-hire
Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory procedures, including conducting experiments and preparing chemical solutions and reagents.
  • Analyze chemical compounds and test materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Record and interpret experimental data, maintaining accurate lab notebooks and technical documentation.
  • Follow established safety procedures and uphold all laboratory safety protocols.
  • Support senior chemists with projects related to method development, quality control, and general laboratory operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry.
  • Foundation in chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
