Job Summary
We are seeking a PhD-level R&D Scientist to support a 6-month leave of absence within an innovative Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level HPLC experience along with strong laboratory expertise in drug conjugate synthesis, assay development, and analytical characterization. This role focuses on new product development, technology scale-up, prototype validation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary R&D teams.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Biomaterials, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Expert-level proficiency with HPLC (Required).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cell Culture
- Cell & Biochemical Assays
- Flow Cytometry
- Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
- Western Blot
- Experience in drug conjugate synthesis and characterization.
- Knowledge of immunology and chemical biology.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and laboratory skills.
- Ability to follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with peptide/protein characterization and bioassays.
- Experience in peptide/protein chemistry.
