Starting with a strong understanding of pension plan options, such as defined benefit or defined contribution plans, and increasing contributions as income grows can help reach this goal, but it generally takes many years of disciplined saving and investment to generate such a monthly income.

This is a great opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of pension administration while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

High-paying roles without a degree are rare and often involve commission-based or entrepreneurial work.
