We are looking for this position in a few offices in Wisconsin - Menasha, Madison, Brookfield

POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Executive is a proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. This individual demonstrates strong sales acumen, prioritizes effectively, and responds constructively to feedback. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills to drive new business, influence decision-makers, and contribute to the agency's overall growth objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed defined revenue targets and agency growth objectives

Identify and assess prospect's needs by analyzing their business risks and insurance requirements to deliver tailored solutions

Cultivate and maintain a robust network of centers of influence, leveraging relationships to generate leads and expand market reach

Collaborate effectively within a team-based sales model, contributing to shared goals through open communication, shared strategies, and joint client engagement

Foster positive relationships with carrier partners to support placement strategies and negotiations
