We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to take responsibility for growing our local business region.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in his/her territory. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in peron and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers. 

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
  • Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
  • Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
  • Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan 
  • Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activitiy, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
  • As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation.  This position requires you to work "in the field," making in-person visits to customers three to four days per week
  • Position may require occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
