Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Open Source Intelligence Jr. Analyst (REMOTE) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who is interested in putting their problem-solving and internet researching skills to work in a professional setting in a growing industry.
If you're an avid social media user who enjoys going down rabbit holes to find interesting content and information about other users, our OSINT team will take your investigative skills to the next level with comprehensive background checks, skip-tracing, and various types of record searches!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing research on individuals via social media and various online databases to inform various types of investigations (e.g. insurance claim fraud, background checks, etc.)
  • Documenting findings and drafting summary reports
  • Updating and managing information in Ethos' client database
  • Partnering with colleagues and clients to resolve and guide ongoing investigations

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Previous experience in investigative roles or related (preferred)
  • Skills: Internet Research, Problem-Solving, Reporting, Critical Thinking
  • Bonus: Fluent in Spanish and English

Working Conditions:
This position works in an 100% remote and required an environment where temperatures are constant. Frequent prolonged periods of a stationary position. Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine/printer. Frequent communication via telephone and in person with clients, customers and co-workers.
