Our Client Specializes in : Customs Brokerage and Compliance Services, Transportation Services (Import / Export / Crosstrade), Export Documentation and Services, Supply Chain Security / C-TPAT Certification Training, Handcarry Services, Business Process Outsourcing Services, Import Air Freight, Import Ocean Freight, Export Air Freight, Export Ocean Freight, Dangerous Goods Transportation, and Domestic Transportation Services
Sales/BD Openings: (1) FL, (1) SC, (1) OK, (1) KS/MO, (1) AR/MS
As a Sales/BD rep you will in charge of developing your surrounding territory and breaking new business. This is more of a "hunter" role than Account Management, as you will start with a blank slate. Will be required to build business from scratch by cold calling, networking and meetings. Will have full back office support and training. Once account is sold, operations team handles and you help maintain relationship.
Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission (Avg. base $40-$70K based on exp. Ideally between 40-60K is where V wants to offer). Avg. 1st yr. earning typically $80-$120K.
Expected commission is $10K-$25K in yr. 1 and should be growing each year.
Commission: 10% lifetime of account on Gross Profit and 7% annually on fee based income.
Schedule: M-F
Travel: As needed (company vehicle after 3 mos.)
