Job Overview:
Pay Range $22hr - $23hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ years of applicable work experience, or Associate’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively within and across departments for alignment and information sharing.
- Competence in understanding and executing entry-level organizational tasks with guidance.
- Basic understanding of general business and sales concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP).
- Basic knowledge of lean principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Perform entry-level tasks within sales processes or sub-processes, meeting established performance metrics.
- Facilitate new customer set-up and gather necessary documentation (such as vendor forms, W9, certificates of insurance, etc.).
- Provide entry-level support to customer sales efforts, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Distribute customer communications after sales and installations, and assist in resolving customer requests and problems, delivering customized responses as needed.
- Review, edit, organize, and manage proposal documents, specifications, and supporting materials on internal platforms.
- Support SAP part number processes and may assist with account mapping and order entry.
- Assist with account management tasks, update CRM data as directed, and generate and monitor reports.
- Review, submit, and track job packages; process return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
