A leading manufacturer of life-saving medical equipment has multiple temp-to-hire Entry-Level Production Operator positions available on their Day & Swing Shift teams.  

Zero experience required!  

In this role, you’ll be trained to operate equipment that creates their high-quality medical parts. You’ll also learn how to perform quality inspections to ensure products are ready to ship out.

Entry-Level Production Operator Job Duties: 

  • Set up and operation of machines 

  • Load and unload material from machines 

  • Conduct quality control of final product 

  • Basic documentation of results 

Schedules Available:  

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM  

  • Swing Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $19.00-$20.90 per hour 

  • First pay raise upon permanent hire: $19.50 - $21.40/hr 


Entry-Level Production Operator Job Requirements:

  • GED/or High School Diploma
  • Comfortable standing for 8-10 hour shift and lifting up to 20lbs 

  • Reliable transportation to commute to Wilsonville (Not accessible by public transit)
