We're hiring a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to run the administrative and digital backbone of our fabrication shop. This is a high-speed, high-accuracy position for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, lives in software, and has strong opinions about how workflows should run. You will own the digital systems our jobs flow through - from intake through delivery - and you'll have a real mandate to improve them.

If a process is slow, manual, or error-prone, we expect you to flag it and propose the fix. This is not an entry-level administrative role. We're looking for an operator.

Responsibilities Manage manufacturing and fabrication jobs end-to-end in our project management and production software - create and maintain job folders, track progress, route purchase orders, and close out billing Coordinate parts, materials, and equipment procurement for active jobs Own calendars and scheduling across project milestones, vendor deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and install/ship dates Draft professional correspondence, quotes, RFIs, submittals, and formal project documents Track job progress, costs, and billing status; flag variances Maintain the company safety manual and ensure ongoing OSHA and industry compliance documentation Actively identify and implement workflow improvements across intake, scheduling, procurement, production tracking, and closeout Serve as the digital hub connecting office, shop floor, field crews, and vendors Requirements Fast with new software, comfortable learning ERP, project management, and experience with scheduling platforms. Strong Excel/Google Sheets - formulas, pivots, clean data habits. 2+ years in a coordinator, project admin, operations, or production support role.

Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial services experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to juggle many open jobs without letting details slip through the cracks Strong written communication - you will be drafting on behalf of the company Basic accounting literacy: purchase orders, invoices, job costing, budget tracking Comfortable in a shop environment and speaking directly with tradespeople, PMs, vendors, and customers Excellent organizational skills and genuine attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with manufacturing ERPs or job-costing platforms Project management tool experience Familiarity with fabrication workflows - metal, steel, industrial, millwork, or similar OSHA 10 or willingness to complete it within 60 days Experience automating workflows or building out templates, dashboards, or reporting Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance PTO
