Superior Cleaning is seeking a dependable, high-performing professional to join our team as a Field Operations Cleaning Technician.

This is a key, trusted position within our company. You will support multiple commercial properties, step in where needed, and help ensure our standards of excellence are consistently delivered across all locations.

This is not an entry-level cleaning role - we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed.


Shift: Hours are somewhat flexible

1st 9am- 530pm


Work Settings: Office buildings and manufacturing facilities


Duties Include:

  • Emptying trash and recycling
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform commercial cleaning services (offices, banks, industrial facilities, etc.)
  • Travel between assigned job sites
  • Support site teams and fill in as needed
  • Maintain high-quality standards at every location
  • Work independently and efficiently
  • Represent Superior Cleaning with professionalism
