Location: Des Moines, IA - Onsite (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CST) / (alternate start times may be available at 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $21.40/hr
Grow your financial career! We have an exciting entry-level Loan Servicing Representative role ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with banking experience. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the financial services industry and gain hands-on experience with loan servicing operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of operational support tasks related to loan servicing and document handling
  • Review, process, and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support shipping, mail handling, and related administrative workflows
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, reporting, and record maintenance
  • Follow established procedures, compliance standards, and internal guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service expectations
