Job description

The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across Integrity Wealth by coordinating advisor and employee communications, marketing campaigns, webinars, digital content, and operational workflows. This role serves as a key partner to business leaders and the Wealth Marketing team, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of marketing experience, is a strong communicator and writer, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is passionate about improving processes while delivering an exceptional advisor experience.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of advisor and employee communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, announcements, and recurring marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather content, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of communications.

  • Draft marketing communications and content for review, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Manage communication calendars, production schedules of corresponding marketing assets including digital, print, video, etc.

  • Coordinate webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, communications, recording, and post-event follow-up.

  • Maintain and update advisor-facing marketing platforms, including the Wealth Advisor Resource Center and other digital content repositories.

  • Maintain marketing technology platforms including email marketing (FMG) and webinar tools, while maintaining audience lists and distribution groups.

  • Monitor communication performance and prepare recurring reports and insights to support continuous improvement.

  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, collateral, presentation materials, and digital resource libraries to ensure information remains current and accessible for our wealth business units.

  • Coordinate with the Events team to source and manage promotional items, branded merchandise, printed materials, and fulfillment for meetings, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Support internal meetings and marketing programs by preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up activities.

  • Assist with the development and execution of advisor engagement initiatives, employee communications, recognition programs, and special marketing projects.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, communication workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Build collaborative relationships across Wealth business units and serve as a trusted partner in supporting marketing initiatives.
