Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Campaign Executionย 

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs.ย 
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate original content (case studies, videos, and articles) that speaks to the needs of facilities managers and owners.ย 
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all traditional print literature and digital assets.ย 
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and within budget.ย 

Digital & Marketing Technologyย 

  • Assist in managing the website, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and optimized for SEO.ย 
  • Utilize HubSpot and other automation tools to manage lead flows, track the customer journey, and ensure data integrity.ย 
  • Leverage CRM insights and data to execute highly targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.ย 
  • Generate reports and update marketing dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.ย 

Market Research & Supportย 

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the team.ย 
  • Assist in the logistics of gathering client feedback to uncover audience insights and pain points.ย 
  • Provide administrative and project management support for industry events, seminars, and trade shows.ย 

Internal Collaborationย 

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure they have the marketing collateral and lead data necessary for success.ย 
  • Assist with budget tracking and collaborate with the Finance team on invoice processing.ย 

Key Relationshipsย 

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Manager and plays a critical role in supporting company-wide marketing initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Product & Service leaders.ย 


Qualificationsย 

Requiredย 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related discipline.ย 
  • 3-5 years of proven marketing experience.ย 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).ย 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.ย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design and detail.ย 
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and social media management for B2B is a plus.ย 

Preferredย 

  • Experience in the commercial roof and/or pavement industry.ย 
  • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).ย
