DMR Drones is a fast-growing drone manufacturing and technology company based in Lafayette, LA. We design, assemble, and ship advanced agricultural and commercial drones right here in Louisiana.

As we scale our operations, weโ€™re hiring an Operations Support Specialist โ€” a detail-oriented, organized team member who will help support inventory tracking, scheduling, administrative coordination, and day-to-day workflow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the โ€œglueโ€ that keeps a fast-moving team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with inventory tracking and organization of parts, tools, and supplies

Maintain accurate records using Excel spreadsheets (sorting, tracking, basic formulas)

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and internal reporting

Help coordinate scheduling meetings, interviews, onboarding, and orientations

Provide light customer service and communication support as needed
