The Jim Geracie Team is seeking an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager
to support a top-producing real estate team in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative,
and can confidently manage multiple moving parts without missing a beat. If you are
detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is an
incredible opportunity to grow within a well-established and respected real estate team.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some Flexibility
Please note: This is not an entry-level position.
Compensation: $24 to $30 hourly. Paid Holidays and PTO offered, with increased vacation time based on tenure. Opportunity for occasional overtime, Performance Bonuses, Growth Opportunities
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
This role is the backbone of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by supporting the executive, team members, and clients.
Executive Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for the lead agent and consistently update him on all transactions and key developments
• Support up to 3 agents with preparation for presentations, appointments, and client communications
• Provide leadership and guidance to support team operations and workflow
Transaction & Listing Management - Team Support
• Assist in preparing and launching new listings from start to finish
• Provide document and contract support. Track oversight of all transactions to ensure deadlines and details are met
• Manage client database (CRM) with accuracy and confidentiality
Operations & Administration
• Maintain highly organized digital and paper filing systems
• Follow up on leads and assist with client communication pipelines
• Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding team members
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask at a high level without sacrificing accuracy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience with CRM systems and database management
• Experience with Microsoft Platform and Google Platform
• Real estate experience preferred, but not required
