Job description

What You Will Do
We're hiring a Business Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital, AI-enabled, and business technology solutions supporting Clarios' IT Manufacturing Roadmap across U.S. and Canadian operations. This will be 25% travel. Reporting to the appropriate IT leadership team, this role partners closely with manufacturing, operations, plant leaders, and enterprise IT to turn business priorities into scalable technology capabilities. You'll play a key role in improving the shop floor experience, operational visibility, workforce effectiveness, and adoption of modern digital solutions across manufacturing.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, AI, and employee experience-helping frontline teams work smarter while creating measurable value across Clarios' manufacturing network.
How You Will Do It
  • Deliver technology initiatives with measurable business outcomes by managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, adoption plans, and value realization across U.S. and Canadian operations.
  • Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to identify operational priorities, translate business needs into practical technology solutions, and build alignment across plant, business, and IT stakeholders.
  • Improve the frontline and shop floor experience through digital capabilities that strengthen communication, workflow visibility, issue resolution, knowledge access, training, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows that simplify processes, improve decision-making, increase productivity, and enable new ways of working.
  • Drive adoption and sustainable change by coordinating implementation, testing, training, change management, user feedback, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites and business functions.
  • Strengthen technology delivery practices by standardizing processes, simplifying the user experience, challenging traditional approaches, and introducing creative solutions that accelerate delivery and value creation.

What We Look For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, HR Systems, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in business technology delivery, IT project delivery, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, or a related area.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technology delivery, balancing business value, user adoption, execution discipline, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Strong digital and emerging technology expertise, including experience with digital transformation, analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or technology-driven process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technology solutions and build relationships with plant personnel, business leaders, IT teams, and technical partners.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, plant environments, frontline workforce processes, or manufacturing technology initiatives.
  • Advanced degree, relevant professional certifications, or experience with manufacturing/digital technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and growth mindset around AI, manufacturing systems, digital platforms, and workforce-focused technologies, with a track record of turning new ideas into delivered business outcomes
