PLG is a growing third-party logistics provider specializing in truckload freight solutions across North America. Our team focuses on reliability, strong communication, and building long-term partnerships with both customers and carriers.

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Operations Specialist to join our Nashville team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in logistics and gain hands-on experience in freight operations and transportation management.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day freight operations and load management
  • Verify carrier paperwork including rate confirmations, PODs, and invoices
  • Source trucks and capacity for customers
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate load documentation and records
  • Help resolve billing discrepancies and operational issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
