PURPOSE: To manage production to achieve company production targets and create the smoothest operation possible. Handle all aspects of the daily and weekly installation needs.

General Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Salary job that may require more hours, but base hours are 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday
  • Hire and train installers
  • Manage installation team on a daily basis
  • Drive production goals
  • Fleet management
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Maintain warehouse stock with weekly and ad hoc orders from suppliers
  • Maintain 2-3 weeks of special order material based on upcoming jobs
  • Stage material for jobs for production as needed
  • Manage the scheduling of work and crews
  • Handle inbound customer calls for questions, scheduling, payments, etc.
  • Assist with efficient dispatching of crews, assigning work orders, and rescheduling work orders as needed
  • Answer phones, distribute messages, follow-up on phone messages. Represent our company in a professional manner, handle customer complaints, enter information into CRM.
  • After job is scheduled, send scheduling packets to customer. Request contract and/or monies, color selection, and lead info.
  • Update and maintain customer database.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Type proposals and job scopes on occasion.
  • Any other needs as arise that assists the company achieve a smooth operation.
Desired Experience:
  • Direct gutter industry experience is highly desirable
  • Direct Hire and Fire management experience
  • Google Suite experience (Sheets, Docs, Google Drive, etc)
  • Job scheduling
  • Inventory management (entry level)
  • Construction knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
