Sales Representative Entry Level

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will meet with specific and qualified customers across the Greenville area, acting as the direct representation of our clients’ brands. We do all our sales in person because it allows for clear communication and avoids misunderstandings. Our face-to-face approach creates a personalized experience that has proven to increase customer satisfaction.

The Sales Representative's responsibilities will include:

  • Engage daily with potential new leads and provide impeccable customer support to each individual, in-person
  • Liaison between production, sales, and clients
  • Focus on quality assurance and quality control
  • Focus on deadlines
  • Managing client relationships
  • Understanding client needs
  • Meet sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Teamwork - ability to demonstrate a cooperative spirit and capacity to work well as a team member.
  • Problem-solving - recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
  • Communication - reviews customer deadlines and requests additional necessary details from supervisor and or coworkers. Actively listens to coworkers and management and works together to solve problems through effective communication.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Personal confidence and genuine aspiration to help those around you.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or customer interaction is a bonus but we offer extensive training
  • Bachelor's degree
