We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of service and quality that Sutton's is known for. As a Service Technician, you will be the frontline in addressing service-related callbacks across a broad spectrum of home improvement projects including roofing, siding, replacement windows, doors, gutters, decks, sunrooms, and select remodeling projects. Some of this will be warranty work that requires installation for certain products. (This is not an entry-level position.)Key Responsibilities:

-Quality Assurance -Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose problems with products or installations. Ensure all completed work meets the high standards and craftsmanship associated with the Sutton's brand.
-Customer Interaction - Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers while on-site. Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions, respond promptly to service calls, and ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
-Technical Expertise - Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, new products, and modern installation techniques. Apply this expertise to deliver top-tier service and repairs across all product lines.
-Documentation - Complete all required paperwork, service documentation, warranty forms, and follow-up reports. Keep accurate records of job status, materials used, and resolutions provided.
Qualifications:
