Job description

Job Title: Sales Representative - Landscaping (New Construction & Commercial)
Location: Greater Phoenix Area
Overview:
Seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive growth in the new construction and commercial landscaping space. This role focuses on building relationships with developers, builders, and HOAs, while actively generating new business. Ideal candidate brings industry experience, strong presence, and the ability to win work through both networking and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through outbound efforts including job site visits, networking, and door-to-door outreach in active development areas
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and HOA decision-makers
  • Sell landscaping services for new construction, commercial projects, and maintenance contracts
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close and handoff to operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project expectations are met
  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM

Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in landscaping, construction, or related industry strongly preferred
  • Experience selling into new construction, commercial, or HOA markets highly desired
  • Strong personality with confidence, presence, and ability to build rapport quickly ("swagger")
  • Self-starter with ability to prospect and close independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
