Job Description

Position               : Network Engineer

Location               : Phoenix, AZ Hybrid (Locals are first preference but relocation works)
Duration              : Multiple years (3 years plus)

Network Engineer with strong experience with Palo Alto, Cisco routing & switching (IOS, NX-OS), Arista, F5, Aruba and then the networking protocols. Also Palo Alto Certification is highly preferred (make sure these things are on the resume)


Position Summary
Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
·        5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
·        Experience with:
o        Cisco routing and switching (IOS, NX-OS)
o        Arista EOS platforms
o        Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama
o        F5 BIG-IP load balancers
o        Aruba wireless solutions
·        Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS, and network security principles.
·        Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
·        Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
·        Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
·        Implement and manage network security policies using Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
·        Configure and optimize Cisco and Arista switches and routers for high-performance networking.
·        Deploy and maintain F5 load balancers for application delivery and traffic management.(wishlist)
·        Manage and troubleshoot Aruba wireless solutions for secure and reliable wireless connectivity.
·        Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and monitoring.
