A growing specialty building company serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth market is hiring a Sales Consultant to join their close-knit team.

  • Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
  • Commission: 5–7.5% of job profit
  • Total earning potential: $100,000–$200,000+ depending on performance
  • Vehicle allowance (details provided upon offer)
  • Benefits: Currently under development; open to discussion for the right candidate
  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Frisco, TX area

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, web, and online design tool requests
  • Qualify customers and schedule in-person site visits to assess project needs
  • Meet with customers on-site, stake off building locations, and build trust through direct engagement
  • Return to the office and develop project estimates with team support
  • Self-generate leads through social media, contractor platforms, and outbound outreach
  • Manage your pipeline and work toward closing deals within a typical 30-day cycle
  • Grow your estimating skills over time with direct coaching from leadership

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated experience selling custom metal buildings, barndominiums, or residential custom structures directly to end-use customers (not to contractors or trades)
  • Strong phone presence and customer service instincts — you're warm, confident, and easy to talk to
  • Willingness to conduct in-person site visits using a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
  • Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented office environment
  • Self-motivated; able to prospect and develop leads independently
  • Experience with construction lead platforms (ConstructConnect or similar) a plus
